Javo Directomatic

A modular automation that, combined with the Javo Direct, takes care of high labor savings and improves the pot handling. It is a very sustainable machine, because it is mostly built up from mechanical parts.

The potting process will be fully automated from the point of 'hanging in' the plant material. A special guide takes care of the precise positioning and brings the roots into the pot.

The combination of bark supply and automatic planting results in the solid position of the plant in the pot.

The Javo Directomatic can be built up to the Javo Direct. The drive of the Javo Direct will also be used to drive the Directomatic.

A labor saving up to 40%, against the conventional way of potting, offers the growers the possibility to realise substantial savings.
