Javo Direct
The patented Javo Direct offers the solution for the return of the access substrate without any structure change. The machine conveys the access directly to the pottrack disc.
Bare root plants (in particular Phalaenopsis) can be planted fast and easily. The volume and supply of the substrate is electronically controlled.
The supply of the substrate onto the pottrack disc is accurately deposited by the supply bin. The speed of the smooth action pottrack disc is electronically adjustable up to 3,000 pots per hour. The rotation of the pottrack disc can be clockwise or counter-clockwise (factory installation). The 8' (2,300mm) diameter of the pottrack disc provides room for 4 to 5 planters.
The high outside rail and pot guides on the inside secure a stable pot position.
The Javo Direct is equipped with a pot dispenser and a pneumatic take-off.
