Construction
The solid steel, advanced construction of the Javo Toploader is cost-effective, low-maintenance and extremely reliable compared to walking floors and other systems.

The choice of rail height at 4 meters or 5 meters determines the storage capacity. A higher rail provides more space for substrate, resulting in greater storage capacity.
The bunker can be loaded very efficiently within its own rail system, ensuring minimal loss of storage capacity. Once that is done and the area is secured, the system comes out and looks over the stack to see how much material is in the bunker.
Then it automatically begins moving the substrate to the front of the bunker. Patented scraping technology moves the bulk material to a discharge conveyor.
The fork is automatically moved back and forth, and a smooth side wall of the machine prevents substrate from being left in the bunker. The trolley and guide rail are constructed in combination and can be mounted on existing structures.
All movements are PLC controlled and equipped with electronic speed control. All moving and electrical parts are away from the bulk material, making them easily accessible for maintenance.
