The laws of The Netherlands and the General Terms and Conditions issued by Koninklijke Metaalunie (‘Metaalunie Terms and Conditions’) apply to all our offers, orders and agreements with us. These conditions are registered at the Chamber of Commerce in Rotterdam. According to these conditions disputes are settled by the competent court in The Hague, the Netherlands. The applicability of the general conditions used or referred to by the client is herewith explicitly rejected.
