Everyone in the organization is equally important. This can only be achieved if we treat each other with respect. This is what we demand from every employee within the organization, and we expect every employee to treat our customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders in the same way. Generally, you will receive the same treatment in return.
Creativity
We continuously encourage “out-of-the-box” thinking and creative solutions. It is literally off limits to dismiss any new idea outright. Responses like “we’ve been doing it this way for 10 years” will always be answered with “then we’re 8 years too late to change.”
Value addition
Every employee adds value and should be aware of it. It is simply much nicer to feel valuable. In addition to good financial rewards and appropriate working conditions, we strive for employees to find their work meaningful. This is how a company moves forward.
