Can you describe a typical workday?

“No day is the same! New challenges constantly come my way—sometimes familiar, but often entirely new. What I especially appreciate about my job as a service technician is that I get to help customers with their machines while also discovering new places.”

What impact does your work have on the company?

“My work has a direct impact on the company’s success. As a service technician, I’m often the last person the customer sees. By delivering quality work, I strengthen the customer’s trust in Javo. When machines operate at their best, customers can work more efficiently. This often results in long-term partnerships, where customers continue to invest in new machines.”

What makes your job interesting?

“What makes my work so special is the variety. No day is the same. I encounter new situations and work in different locations. I see traveling as an extra bonus: the opportunity to explore companies and cultures in various countries keeps my work exciting and inspiring. On top of that, I’m constantly learning. Every day brings new insights and challenges that help me grow both professionally and personally. That’s what makes this job truly unique for me!”

What do you like to do in your free time?
