For pots from 10 to 32 cm (12 liters), this potting machine can be used for filling pots, plants with loose root systems and offers various other possibilities. Changing pot sizes very quickly. This potting machine is available in 3 different potting line versions, each for its own application.
The Plus series is characterized by the round pot track, suitable for round and (optionally) square pots.
These machines are ideally suited to use multiple pot sizes. Partly due to use of electronic speed control of the potting conveyor and soil lifting system.
With a gear drive pot track and belt-driven elevator, the Plus series is quiet and extremely low-maintenance. Machines in this series: Plus, Plus M2.0, Plus X. Machines in this series: Plus, Plus M2.0 and the Plus X.
The Javo Plus M2.0 has 16 pot positions and is suitable for 10-32cm pots.
Changing the pot size can be done within a couple of minutes, without using any tools. The smooth action pot track disc has a central adjustment for pot height and diameter, without adjusting the pot supports.
The soil elevating system, without chains, can be electronically adjusted including a mechanical stop, which means a minimal structure change of the substrate.
In combination with a bare-root-system (optional), the soil supply in the pot can be arranged in different ways.
